Booking & Cancellations Policy

Appointment Scheduling

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system at vibealignment.co. Appointments can be scheduled up to 12 hours prior to the desired start time. Please note that any appointments booked within 12 hours of the scheduled start time are non-cancellable and non-reschedulable upon booking. If you have questions about booking, please contact info@vibealignment.co

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 12-hour window before your session will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent client bookings are respected.

No-Shows: Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment is considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable. If you booked using a session package, the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance.

Refund Policy

All services and payments are non-refundable. This includes no-shows, late arrivals, and appointments cancelled within the 12-hour window. Exceptions for sudden illness or emergencies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

In the event that Carver Johnson needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the choice to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
