What's the difference between The Line and The Library?
The Line is a membership. You tune in to the live meditation broadcast every Sunday and get full access to The Vault, every past broadcast, to play online while you're a member, plus 30% off The Library. Being there live has the added benefit of sharing the moment, though the recordings carry the same energy.
The Library is where you buy single recordings to download and keep. It includes replays from The Vault (tagged “Also on The Line”) and recordings made just for The Library that you won't find on The Line.
What time is it where I am?
The Line broadcasts live every Sunday at 9am Pacific Time (Vancouver, Los Angeles). It follows Pacific Time when the clocks change.
What if I miss a Sunday?
No problem. Each broadcast is saved in The Vault as a replay, usually within a day, so you can play it online whenever suits you.
Can I download the replays?
Replays play online in The Vault while you're a member, and the player can save them on your device for offline listening. They can't be downloaded as files. The Library is a separate collection of recordings you can buy to download and keep, and members get 30% off.
I already bought recordings. Do I get a refund if I join?
Downloads you've bought are yours to keep, but they aren't refunded when you join The Line. All sales are final.
Where do I find the Discord invite?
In The Vault. Sign in with the email you joined with and the Your Line panel shows your invite to the broadcast, next to the replays. Only signed-in members can see it.
Do members get a discount on The Library?
Yes, 30% off every recording for as long as you're a member. Sign in to The Vault on the device you shop on, and The Library shows your member prices with the discount added at checkout for you.
Do I need to talk or turn on a camera?
Never. The broadcast is audio only and you simply listen. The Discord channel is private to members.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Manage billing in The Vault or The Sanctuary. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Want a recording to keep?
Replays of The Line play online only. The Library is a separate collection of recordings you buy once, then download and keep.
